Preferably graduated from the Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics and Logistics departments of universities,
At least 7 years of experience in logistics,
Preferably having experience in project teams of logistics companies,
Advanced level of English,
Preferably have SAP MM module information,
Good command of Ms Office programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow-up of permanent and temporary import, export and customs processes in Romania,
Following the customs legislation and reporting new changes,
Providing contact with project and financial management for Romanian projects,
Organizing, tracking and reporting all logistics activities within Romania,
Negotiating with suppliers for Romanian logistics service purchases, sharing the incoming offers with the Purchasing group and jointly binding the contract,
One-to-one follow-up of the Romanian projects collection process, ensuring that the necessary documents are prepared and submitted to the finance unit and reported to the senior management,
Tracking of heavy transport project cargoes arriving by seaway at the port and on the road and reporting to senior management,
Management of the Romanian logistics department local staff.
