Assigned in our cogeneration project, which we have undertaken in Romania;
Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
At least 5 years of experience in material / service technical purchases in the energy sector,
Able to analyze raw material costs,
High communication, negotiation and bargaining skills,
Prone to teamwork in dynamic working conditions,
Advanced level of English,
Experienced in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP MM module
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting the purchases in the project and ensuring the necessary coordination within the company,
Managing the procurement organizations of the projects under his responsibility, following up the activities, coordinating with the project management
Ensuring that accurate and complete system records of all purchases under his responsibility are kept
Managing the procurement contracts of the project under his responsibility
Checking that the local purchases in the project he is responsible for are carried out by the project procurement unit in accordance with the determined procedures and reporting to the project manager and senior management,
Distribution of work in accordance with the procurement tracking plan prepared, tracking purchasing needs in coordination with all purchasing and logistics units,
Preparing and keeping the approved construction supplier list to meet the project needs,
Preparing the purchasing tracking plan by detailing the purchasing needs with the project management & purchasing team.
